Ok, so here is my situation...
I was born in Manhattan, and raised in the bronx. I've lived in Washington Heights, on the Concourse, and on 3rd ave. About 4 years ago when I was in my freshman year of high school, the family decided to move down to FL. Since I had no choice, I've basically been stuck here since. Now that I'm in my sophmore year of college, I'm working towards coming back with in the next year; January - May 2011. I'm basically asking to see if anyone can give me any info as to how home has changed and/or anything that'll makew moving back an easier. |

It's definitely more expensive and the economy is terrible. The city overall has greatly improved in terms of city services and infrastructure. The Bronx is definitely bouncing back. What else do you want to know?

Is it entirely impossible to still find livable (in terms of rent) places near Inwood? The cloisters? Cabrini? Sp Harlem? Is work really next to impossible to find? |
